Desexing contracts

There is ongoing discussion within the veterinary and breeding communities regarding the ideal age to desex a puppy. The most appropriate timing can vary depending on the individual dog, their breed, lifestyle, and your family's circumstances.

We believe desexing decisions should be made thoughtfully and in consultation with both your breeder and veterinarian. This allows you to make an informed decision that considers the long-term health and wellbeing of your puppy.

To support our puppy families, we partner with SpaySecure. SpaySecure provides a secure and legally binding desexing agreement that allows puppies the opportunity to gain the potential health benefits associated with delayed desexing, while ensuring the terms of the agreement are fulfilled. Their team provides ongoing support, educational resources, reminders, and follow-up throughout the process, making it easy for owners to stay on track.

To learn more about how the programme works, please visit the SpaySecure website.

If you have any questions about desexing or would like to discuss whether delayed desexing is the right option for your puppy, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to help guide you through the decision-making process.
